How to place an order
at www.dazzleupstore.com?
Placing an order at www.dazzleupstore.com is a simple process. Please follow these steps:
- Browse through our collection to select the product you like.
- To purchase a product, click on the Add to cart icon.
- You will now to be taken to the shopping cart page.This will show you the products that are in your cart. You can either choose to shop for more products or you can click on the proceed to checkout icon.
- This will now take you to the checkout page. You just need to fill in the relevant details (Name, delivery address, pincode, phone number and email address) and continue with the order after accepting the terms and conditions.
- From this checkout page you can select from various payment options.
- On selection of your payment option (and confirmation of payment in case of online transaction), your order will be placed. Now sit back and wait, while we do what we do best, deliver your jewellery as soon as possible.
What are the payment options available?
Payment through credit card, debit cart, net banking, digital wallet ( offers free shipping) and cash on delivery (extra charge of Rs 60/- at the time of delivery) is available.
How long will it take to deliver my product?
Usually the products are delivered within 3-9 days. But in rarest of the rare cases, sometimes due to various logistics related issues it may take upto 12 days.
Are there any additional shipping/ delivery charges applicable?
Currently we are providing Free shipping on orders paid online all over India . Cash on Delivery has an extra charge of Rs 60/- paid at the time of delivery.
Can I get colour customisation of my jewellery?
Colour customization is possible in some of our Ethnic jewellery collection only. Please email customization details at “info@dazzleupstore.com” and mention your order number in the subject line or whatsapp on +91 98737 64006 with details. Our team will get in touch with you and let you know the possibility.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel the order, please mail us at “info@dazzleupstore.com” within 24 hours of your placing the order. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been shipped we cannot guarantee the cancellation request.
I live outside India and want to buy products from your store. Do you provide international shipping?
Yes we ship products outside India as well. International customers who wish to get the products delivered outside India can do so by paying the International courier charges separately. Free shipping service is currently available only in India.
